School holidays are just another example of when head-space is at a premium for busy, multi-tasking mamas.

And because we often don’t have the time nor energy to sit down quietly, let alone to carve out the space to be mindful or meditate, it can be useful to draw upon other tools that can help us to feel calm, rested and rebooted in JUST 30 SECONDS and which can be slotted into any part of our day!
