I Was Struggling With Anger, Sadness And Frustration
When we first connected, I was struggling with anger, sadness and frustration which I knew was related to my childhood/upbringing.
I was also experiencing lots of self-sabotaging inner dialogue. But by the end of my first session what had shifted was the realization that it was my mother who has had the biggest impact on my life and mental health.
Since finishing our series, my relationship with my partner has improved – we communicate better, acknowledge each other more, and are more understanding with each other.
I have also learnt that my frustration around my baby’s meal times actually had nothing to do with food but everything to do with me.
I know now that everything is connected and it’s not my fault that I wasn’t loved.
The biggest change in myself, however, has been ‘hearing’ my inner voices and being able to shut them up.
I now understand why I react to certain things more than others and now that I can see when and how I get triggered, I can work with these accordingly.
